You can change or cancel a Group Meals order as long as it is in advance of the vendors lead time for that order. Typically this is 24 hours for a smaller order and 48 hours for a larger order, but this can vary based on the provider because each vendor orders and makes the food specifically for your order.
If you would like to make a small change to the order like adjusting quantities, this can usually be done until the evening before your order.
